Work with AI, not around it
This isn't prompting tips. Engineers work on real code from your projects and leave with workflows they can use Monday.
Context Engineering
- Setting up CLAUDE.md and project context
- Writing specs that AI can actually use
- The three layers of context (project, task, feedback)
- Building verification systems, not review processes
Agentic Workflows
- Running parallel AI agents on feature work
- PRP (Product Requirements Prompts) methodology
- Multi-agent orchestration patterns
- When to use agents vs. autocomplete
Tool Mastery
- Claude Code deep dive
- Custom commands and slash commands
- Integration with your existing workflow
- Security and data handling best practices
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the AI coding workshop?
The workshop runs 4-5 hours of hands-on training, typically scheduled as a single day. We cover context engineering fundamentals, agentic workflow patterns, and hands-on building—your team leaves with working workflows they can use immediately.
What tools do you cover?
We focus on Claude Code as the primary tool, but the principles apply across agentic coding tools. You'll learn context engineering, spec writing, and verification patterns that work whether you're using Claude Code, Cursor, Aider, or whatever comes next. The thinking transfers.
Do team members need coding experience?
Yes. This workshop is for engineers who already write code professionally. We teach them to work effectively with AI coding tools, not programming fundamentals. Any language background works—the patterns are language-agnostic.
What is context engineering?
Context engineering is the skill of giving AI the right information at the right time. This includes project-level context (CLAUDE.md files, codebase patterns), task-level context (clear specifications), and feedback context (verification and iteration). It's what separates useful AI output from generic suggestions.
What will my team actually build?
Your team will leave with: CLAUDE.md files for your projects, PRP (Product Requirements Prompt) templates for your common task types, and at least one working agentic workflow. These aren't exercises—they're real tools your team uses starting Monday.
Is the workshop available remotely?
Yes, all workshops are available remotely worldwide via video call. On-site workshops are available in Estonia and the Baltic region. Remote works well for teams up to 15 people; larger groups often benefit from on-site delivery.
What's included in the €4,450 price?
The price includes 4-5 hours of hands-on training, exercises tailored to your team's codebase patterns, all templates and materials, and 30 days of async follow-up support for questions. No slides decks you'll never open again—just deliverables.
How many people can attend?
The workshop works best with 5-15 engineers. This size allows for hands-on attention while still generating good team discussion. Larger groups shift toward more demonstration; smaller groups get deeper individual coaching.
