We primarily use ChatGPT and Custom GPTs because they're accessible and don't require technical setup. The principles apply to Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools—once you understand the thinking, the specific tool matters less.
How long is the AI Operations workshop?
The half-day workshop runs 3-4 hours. We start with a custom demo I build for YOUR workflows, then move into core training, then hands-on building. Your team leaves with working tools, not just knowledge.
What is the "wow factor" demo?
Before the workshop, I learn about your team's workflows and build 1-2 automations specifically for you. I demo these at the start—showing how AI can handle tasks your team does every week. It proves the value immediately and gives your team something concrete to build toward.
Is the workshop available remotely?
Yes, all workshops are available remotely worldwide via video call. On-site workshops are available in Estonia and the Baltic region. Remote works well for most team sizes; on-site is better for larger groups or when you want the energy of in-person collaboration.

The price includes 3-4 hours of hands-on training, a custom demo built for YOUR workflows before we start, all prompt templates and Custom GPTs your team builds, and 30 days of async follow-up support. You keep everything you create.
How many people can attend?
The workshop works well with 10-40 people. We can go larger, but the hands-on portion becomes more demonstration-focused. Smaller groups (under 10) get more individual attention. The sweet spot is usually an entire department or a cross-functional group.
